Meet Julia, She is a fitness lover with a passion for Lagree. You can catch J on Monday and Wednesday

Julia has always been active and into fitness, with weightlifting and running being her main choice of activity originally. She discovered Lagree in San Diego because a new studio opened nearby and she thought it would be one of her “active recovery” days… She was instantly humbled. She loved that she felt her core more than any other workout, and that she really was able to focus on mind muscle connection, while keeping constant time under tension. She truly believes that this method would benefit everyone, and is a great addition to weightlifting, running, etc.


When she came to HiPower, she felt welcomed right away, and she got a great workout! She later became Lagree certified because she is so passionate about the method and fast results. Julia loves seeing clients push themselves, and she promises you will never leave thinking it was too easy!

Favorite Lagree moves: Reverse floor lunge, Xpress lunge, wheelbarrow, & kneeling lat pulldowns.
